Any of various shrubs or trees of the genus Styrax, especially S. japonicus and S. obassia of eastern Asia, having bell-shaped white flowers.

The snow-bells have finally popped out in our yard, it took just a week for the snow to disappear enough so that the flower would grow.

Our yard is all mud, gravel and dead grass. But soon the green will start popping up. I'm so ready for spring now ♥
