However, buttons may be sewn onto garments and similar items exclusively for purposes of ornamentation.

Buttons..
..Turned rings.
Paper flower.
Me (with my new glasses) and buttons rings.
Crazy nail-polish!
More buttons.
And more.
More rings.

Last day before the summer with hobby and creativity.
Everyone was in an amazing mood after the incredibly successful event yesterday, so the coffee was free (which sure made Malene glad, hihi, she's so cute).
I fixed up the pictures from the day before, spending an hour or so tweaking RAW files to my liking. Then me and Malene made rings out of buttons.

I also got a text from Specsavers that my glasses had arrived. Yay from me, and boo from my wallet. Glasses are to expensive.. But they sure do look great.

What I wore:
Blouse from Lindex, white top fromm H&M, shoes from Ellos, flower from H&M (?), purple and pink button ring made at Verket, a vintage traveler bag and new glasses from Specsavers.

  1. The button rings are a great idea! Can you tell me please - did you use some wire to connect one or more buttons the metal ring or only some strong glue?

  2. I use some wire to connect two buttons to each-other, but I glue them on to the base with hot-glue :) Works like a charm ♥

  3. Thank you for your instruction tips :-) On Tuesday I have made just the first two rings, on this link you can see the result: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_U-FdOzkC9Ao/TBFEtlZldjI/AAAAAAAAAE8/o_bKEJZBCbA/s1600/P6100035.JPG
