I've almost always had a real bad habit of getting stressed out way to easy, it hasn't been that bad lately, but suddenly it kicks in.
I have one to many things I have to do, my heads starts racing like it's freaking rocket powered, adrenalin pumps all over the place, and I stay on my feet for about an hour maybe two. You know, when your tired, and that adrenalin high just keeps you going even though you know you should just chill.

I pull myself together reasonably fast now though, but my body doesn't always follow as fast. So I'm left feeling a bit tired, so for now I'm just going to be real nice with myself. Being all stressed out is no fun, being relaxed and calm is. So that's what it'll be, relaxed and calm.
