This week I've been keeping myself busy with laundry,collecting autumn colored leafs and putting them between the covers of books, drinking tea, cuddling Nicoline, avoiding starting to read a new book (what's up with that ?!), making to-do lists and not really knowing what to make for dinner.

A has day-time shifts every other week now, and it can be so boring when he's not here. And making food for just one person is no fun. Nicoline will usually get some slices of chicken or something, but she prefers it raw so there's not really that much cooking action on my half.

It would be so lonely without her, I'm so glad she's here with me the days I've got nothing to do at all ♥

I miss my camera stand. No wait, I don't miss my camera-stand, it was rubbish. But I miss a camera-stand. Then gain, I've been dressing really boring lately, so there's really nothing new to share on the clothes front.

Because red is not by itself standardized, color mixtures based on red are not exact specifications of color either.

The leafs are turning red and the air has a certain cold bite to it that gets colder every day. The sun shines her rays but they gives less and less warmth it seems. Despite the cold I love taking walks in both sun-bathing and cloud-lurking days in autumn, as long as I'm properly dresses so I won't get cold.

But the sun already disappears sooner that I would want it to.

Luckily I've finally taken up reading, hehe. So far I'm almost finished with a Dean Koontz book, started one of Terry Pratchett's and I'm planning to read some Stephen King.

Dress from Gina Tricot, bought on sale in Oslo, jeans leggings from Vero Moda, thrifted cardigan, CMYK bag, SoftWalk boots, Marc Jacobs cherry watch (which don't really show the time any more, but I don't mind) and a tube-scarf I've heard is being called a snood? I'm not calling in that, that's even more stupid than jeggings. Actually jeggings isn't all that bad, but I usually write jeans leggings anyway.

I think I'm having a bit of a writers block. Even though I don't really write a lot here, and I don't really push it to be good writing either. I just want it to be short and, if I can manage, sort of fun.

Anyway, since I don't know what to write here's some fun-facts about me you may and may not know:
~I'm a neat-freak.
~Whenever I'm bored and I have one of my note-books to accompany me but nothing to write I will doodle either swirls or hearts.
~I love to cook, and even more than that I love garlic (no vampires for me !).
~If I put a task off by just a day I will almost certainly feel really, really bad about it to the point where I'll just not do it (haha, that's so incredible useless, trying to change that one).
~I used to play the guitar, now I just sing.

What I've worn, and what kitty always wears;

SoftWalk shoes were created on the belief that a better footbed makes a better shoe.

I've got myself a new pair of shoes. They're SoftWalk, so they're supposed to be comfortable. I hope they are, because my poor back can't really take another winter of high heels. Not that any of my high heeled shoes are really that high at all, hehe.

A notebook (also notepad, writing pad, drawing pad, legal pad, etc.) is a book,of which various uses can be made, including writing and drawing.

One for ideas, one for "work", one as a diary and several as drawing books. I absolutely love cute notebooks, there's almost always one in my bag, and it's usually always full of lists.

I tend to forget what I'm supposed to do or where I'm supposed to be, so I make lists to keep track of everything, hehe.

Red draws attention and a keen use of red as an accent can immediately focus attention on a particular element.

Red is such a conflicting color, it conjures up emotions from passionate love to violence and anger.

Red is hot. And so strong.

I next to never wear red, not in other than accessories, and preferably not even that! I think red scares me, haha, I don't like to draw as much attention that I think red will always do.
But red has a lot of positive feelings attached to it, like strength, confidence, energy, courage and love.

I'm going to try to wear more red.
