The streets are covered with a think layer of ice, which is making walking around outside not that easy. But it's been sunny. And it's warm and amazing, and there's no snow on our windows so we see the world ♥ there's light, and I love it, todays pictures are from around our apartment.
I have my weeks planned for a couple of months now (at least two), with a pretty low level of activities, I need to pace myself a bit more firmly than I've been doing so my energy will last a bit longer. I can't really say I like the part of having to plan everything so much when one has an ME diagnosis, but I'm getting better at it. And it always helps. A bit at least.

ReplyDeleteI bought them at a Norwegian shoe-chain, but the brand (I looked inside the shoe, man was that work haha) is Marc Bohan. I couldn't find anything off a google search though :( hope you have more luck !
